Inkpilots' Roadmap for 2026

Hello everyone. Main topic of this article is our roadmap. The application reached a point where we should start making decision, consider user feedback. The next logical step is to establish clear priorities and set realistic deadlines for each feature. Before we talked about the feature, let's talk about what we have done recently.

The Past

Where we stand: Inkpilots stands where human and artificial intelligence stand together to generate unique and original content. We do not want the application to be a misinformation spreader. In other words, our goal is to leverage AI for a positive impact while ensuring the integrity of our generated content. The future we hope is where writers and content creators create content easier than before while keeping the consistent originality. That is why we created Community Agreement as early foundational step. 

Block Editor: We improved the block editor since we start. Added many features and it starts to become the core of our application. We focus on feeling and functionality as we move forward. There is available artificial intelligence chat tools right at the top. Image generation is a must to create content. And we added storage for your images, so you can reuse them whenever you want. Local llm support added for cheaper usage in compared to cloud llm's. You can connect Inkpilots to local Ollama application to benefit from text completions.

Digest: Digest system is a must for on a marketing point of view. Now you are able to collect digest subscribers through Display Windows and we added digest analytics to your dashboard. Easily visualize your current subscribers and improvement over the time. 

Display Windows: Your DW is constantly improving and the best part is we will keep improving it to give best feeling to your visitors. In meanwhile, CTA sections are added to DW to redirect your users wherever you want. 

Image Storage: When you upload image or generate one, we save it on the workspace images for later use. You can reuse them as you like. Or delete them to open up some storage.

LLM Models: Latest gpt-5.4 model is available throughout the project. It increases the cost but we want you to have it. You may want to use different models and there are different models used inside and out the application such as Display Windows.

API: API will allow us to create more customized templates for you.  We improve it to fetch and filter more of your data.

Multi-language Support: Inkpilots supports many languages and we added many for the last development cycle. There are English, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, French and many more will be available soon.

The Future: Inkpilots Roadmap 2026

•  Block Editor's Future: We hope to bring some agentic Ai to our block editor. This way you can edit or create generic staff in the editor. For example, you can ask agents to edit article to generate an outline for a simple topic. Or want them to rewrite a block of text. Many number of possibilities lies out there for us to implement in the future also adding new buttons and menus to enhance user experience, allowing users to interact with the editor in a more intuitive way.
• Digest: In short term we hope you will be able to send digest emails to your subscribers. You can create an article, edit it to fit your needs and send it to your subscribers as a digest emails.
• Custom Display Window Templates: By the end of 2026, we foresee there will be more options to deploy your generated content on the internet such as magazines just created for you by using our API. We are working on a new way to create High quality magazine templates will be available to deploy on many Cloud Providers such as Vercel, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
• More Batching Options: Batching is nice way to cut the cost for us, this way we can provide your latest models while making this business profitable and affordable. Batching is instead of getting generation results instantly, you queue them and wait till they get processed. When a batching completes we notify you by sending push notifications.
• UI and UX Improvements: This is where we are going to be consistent. Improving our application is a long running task for us. You will see much more improvements and changes during the year.

Conclusion

We have more and more plans for 2026 and next year. Hope we are going to achieve many and more. Since we are a startup business, there are not a lot feedback yet. We expect this will require significant investment in our team of developers, engineers, and designers, as well as partnerships with other companies and organizations in the industry. We also anticipate that some of these new features will require additional infrastructure to support the growing number of users and the increasing complexity of our applications. This is just a starting point for what we hope to achieve in 2026.
